WELCOME TO NO LIMITS YACHTS

How to
charter a Yacht with NO LIMITS CHARTERS
Have a look in our web site and see if you can find a yacht within
your charter budget or contact us with your specific request or
questions.
We have access to HUNDREDS of mega yachts, motor or sail, Classic
Yachts and others but we have only a small selection here in our
web site.
We will be happy to send you information and photographs about
other yachts upon request.
Please note that the official charter rates in our web site (or in
other official yacht brokers web sites) are the net charter rates,
and you will have to ad and pay in advance, additional costs (
food, bar, fuel, marina charges, port fees etc.) called Advance
Provisioning Allowance (APA) which are generally approximately 20
to 25% of the total charter fee.
This all depends on you, if you eat for example every day Caviar
and Lobster you will have more expenses than when you eat less
expensive food like chicken and ribs!
Same for the beverages, a bottle French Petrus wine or Champagne
is still more expensive than water or Rum. ( certainly in the
Caribbean ! )
If you want the Captain to take you on a complete tour of the
Caribbean, you will end up with a higher fuel cost than during a
regular charter while you're sailing in between some of the
Islands, and the use of your helicopter on board will ad to the
expenses too !
You will also have to ad the gratuities ( crew tips ) which are
normally 10% to 20 % of the charter fee depending on how extra
good the crew has served you during your charter.
Once you have found your dream yacht and we have discussed all the
details, we will sent you additional information and photographs,
we will look into your arrival time, date and Island, we will
discuss the cruising route and more, and finally we will prepare
and send you an official Yacht Broker Charter Agreement detailing
the yacht, your charter dates, yacht location, cruising area and
the total cost.
( To accelerate the transaction we will sent you a copy by fax, to
which all parties agree that it is a binding contract and the
original will be sent by FedEx or an other courier to you.)
Upon signing of this Agreement, a first payment is due to the
account shown on that Agreement, if it is made out more than one
month before the effective charter date.
If the agreement is signed less than one month before the sailing
date, the total charter fee is due upon signing of the agreement.
In that case and at the same time we will ask you to send us the
funds by SWIFT bank wire transfer to cover the advance
provisioning allowance (APA) plus any taxes if applicable (VAT,
TVA, BTW etc), delivery/redelivery fees and security deposit, if
required.
The Agreements are then sent by NO LIMITS CHARTERS n.v. to the
yacht owner (s) for countersignature and a completed copy is
returned to you.
Once we have received all that, we will sent you a detailed
questionnaire, requesting information on your travel arrangements,
your complete guests list, likes and dislikes, special
requirements, eventual medications, food and beverage preferences,
which water- or other sports you want to practice etc. etc.
All that information will be discussed with you in detail to
ensure that you will receive the best services possible on
your yacht and during your charter cruise.
This information is then provided to the Captain so that he can
pre-book dock space or berths, order all provisions and start
preparations with the chef and crew for that special diner,
birthday, party or other celebrations and the every day FIVE STAR
service they will give you during your charter.
The APA is immediately given to the Captain, mostly in cash, so
that the chef and crew can purchase provisions in advance and be
100 % ready for your arrival.
All costs incurred by the yacht which are accountable to you as
the charterer will be deducted from the APA during the cruise and
full accounts will be produced at the end by the Captain or Chief
Stewardess.
The Captain will of course return any unused funds of the APA at
the end of the charter to you.
In case the APA is not sufficient, the Captain will inform you in
time during your charter if further funds are required.
Please be assured that the staff of NO LIMITS CHARTERS is ready to
help you before, during and after your charter 24h/24 and 7 days a
week.
NO LIMITS CHARTERS also provides a free local Cell phone to you
for use during your charter.
